Kalab wanted me to wrap him up this morning.
He said he would stay that way until the kids came home from school.
He lasted 2 minutes.

Septemberfest in pictures

We went to the Governors mansion a few weeks ago for Septemberfest.
They open up the mansion to tour and also have free activities to do.
The Oklahoma History Museum was also free for the day.

I tried this recipe yesterday and it was a hit!

Apple Brownies
Ingredients:
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 C. flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 large or 4 small apples, peeled and diced
granulated sugar (for sprinkling on top after baking)
Caramel Ice Cream topping (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Choose your pan size: either a 9 x 13 pan, two pie pans, or a pie pan and four mini-loaf pans. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and apples. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sugar.

The Tooth Fairy has returned!

over heard....

I have been attending a Photoshop Elements class on Monday and Wednesday nights. Those nights have been hectic getting dinner done and me out the door. Wednesday night I needed to leave early to close out my booth at the craters mall so Blayne was not home yet. I dished up the spaghetti and put it on the table for the kids..... Chase sat down to eat his and said.....
